On the advice of a member of our spiritual care staff, I checked out the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) website today. I was thrilled to find a number of resources aimed directly at healthcare administrators. Mission leaders (like myself) who do not have direct pastoral care training will greatly benefit from this resource.
