The Catholic Health Association has released a newly revised version of Mission Leader Competencies.
As a new mission leader, I’m excited about this document because it will help in my professional growth and development. It always helps to see a new articulation of the work we are called to do.
Side note: I love the fact that the graphic design of these competencies puts ethics in a “grey area.”
